Who We Are
Our website address is planrxinsights.com. PlanRx Insights is operated by Mardesia Chauvin. If you have questions about this policy or your data, reach us at hello@planrxinsights.com.
Information We Collect
We collect different information depending on how you use the site:
- Browsing data: basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through standard server logs and cookies.
- Contact form submissions: the name, email, and message you provide when you reach out to us directly.
- Blog comments: the name, email, and website you enter in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string, which help us detect spam. If you have a Gravatar linked to your email, your profile photo may display publicly next to your comment.
- Email newsletter and free resources: your email address, and name if provided, stored and managed through MailerLite. Some free resources are available without providing any information; others require an email to unlock.
- Purchases: your name, billing and shipping address, email, and order details, collected through our shop. Payment information itself is processed directly by our payment provider (PayPal) and is not stored on our servers.
- Course enrollment: account information you provide (name, email, login credentials) and your progress within the course.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Deliver the content, resources, or products you requested
- Send the email newsletter and updates you opted into
- Process and fulfill purchases, downloads, and course enrollments
- Respond to your questions or comments
- Detect and prevent spam or abuse
- Improve the site and understand which content is useful to visitors
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
- Comment cookies: if you opt in, we’ll remember your name, email, and website so you don’t have to re-enter them on future comments. These last one year.
- Login cookies: if you have an account (for courses or the shop), cookies keep you logged in. These last two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me.”
- Shop cookies: our shop platform uses cookies to manage your cart and checkout process.
- Analytics cookies: if enabled, tools like Google Analytics use cookies to understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate and anonymized form.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features (like staying logged in or completing a purchase) may not work properly without them.
Embedded Content
Posts on this site may include embedded content, such as YouTube videos, images, or articles from other sites, as well as social sharing buttons. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website directly, meaning that site may collect data about you, set its own cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content.
Third-Party Services
We work with a small set of trusted services to run this site:
- MailerLite processes and stores email subscriber data on our behalf.
- Our shop platform and payment processor handle order and payment information.
- Our course platform manages course accounts and progress data.
- Our hosting provider stores site data and server logs required to run the site.
- Google Analytics (if enabled) helps us understand site traffic in aggregate.
If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email for security purposes. We do not share, rent, or sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
