Why I Chose Wonderland222 for 2026
Wonderland 222 Planner Setup for 2026: Why This A5 Weekly Planner Works for Me
What happens when you give a caffeine-fueled, sticker-slaying, multi-hyphenate instructor/pharmacy tech with undiagnosed-but-suspected ADD a blank planner and a dream? You get the 2026 setup of your grid-paper dreams.
Why I Chose the Wonderland 222 A5 Weekly Planner
I’m sure, like me, you’ve tested nearly every major planner on the market—Plum Paper, Happy Planner, Erin Condren, Hobonichi Cousin, Take a Note, Cloth & Paper, Amplify Planner. Please don’t mistake this post as shade against any of them, which are each gorgeous in their own way. At the time I ordered those planners, they filled a need in those seasons of my life. I’m older and slightly wiser, so I realize this phase calls for more flexibility, simplicity and space to think.
That changed with the Wonderland 222 A5 Weekly Planner. The planner community had whispered about the original Tomoegawa paper, flashing it’s dreamy paper. Next thing I knew, it was in my cart and on the way to my doorstep faster than a kitten with a laser pointer.
This minimalistic, flexible system is helping me contain the chaos while focusing on what truly matters. The 52gsm Tomoe River Paper, indexed pages, built-in trackers, A5 size, and so much more offer space to breathe while staying compact enough to take anywhere.
This year, I kicked planner guilt to the curb—and sent four barely-used beauties off to new homes where they’re finally living their best lives. Turns out, they were never my perfect match, but they’ve been a dream come true for someone else. I embraced my Books and Coffee era and locked in a planner that actually gets me. And yes, I tossed a fresh pack of sticky tabs in my cart at checkout—because tabs > washi and I said what I said.
What’s Coming in This Blog Series:
This series is more than a walkthrough. It’s about the life this planner helps me build. Here’s what you’ll see in the next few posts:
- Page-by-page setup: inserts, trackers, meeting notes for my JW Community, and my work logs
- My real-world weekly and daily routines
- Visual planning tools that reduce burnout
- Faith journaling layouts with room for grace
- How to avoid the midyear planner crisis (no judgment if you’ve been there)
✨ Practical Tip:
Choose a theme for the year. Mine are two of my favorite things: Books and Coffee. Sprinkle in some bible study journaling and a healthy dose of sarcasm and you’ve got a planner that’s basically me in paper form.
